A native of Coronado, California, Morgan brings 20+ years of experience in leadership positions in finance, business development, and education. He has lived and traveled abroad extensively, cultivating a unique perspective and insight into the interrelationship between investments and successful investors.
Morgan specializes in wealth management for high net worth private clients, charitable organizations, and investment plans requiring a disciplined fiduciary process. Typical clients are not looking for get rich quick schemes but are more concerned about intelligent planning and smart growth with lower risk.
Morgan graduated from the University of San Diego cum laude with a B.A. in Computer Science and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy. After receiving his Naval Flight Officer wings, he was based out of NAS Miramar and made numerous deployments with Fighter Squadron Fifty One in the F-14A Tomcat, including combat operations in the Persian Gulf.
As an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at the University of San Diego, he taught engineering and leadership and management to university students and received an International MBA. Morgan also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ credential.
Morgan has been a frequent speaker to many professional organizations and has appeared on CNBC and Fox Business New Live. He is President of the Mahabodhi Buddhist Charitable Organization, serves on the development board for the Center For Community Solutions, and is a founding member of Strategic Trusted Advisors Roundtable San Diego.
